Redesign and Launch of an Organic Cosmetics Online Store
A company producing organic cosmetics based on essential oils approached our agency with a request for a complete redesign of their online store. Their existing store was outdated, visually unappealing, and failing to perform — enquiries and sales were almost non-existent. The client’s goal was ambitious: to enter the international market and actively sell to customers in the EU, USA, Canada, and other B2C markets worldwide.
Our task was to create a modern, stylish eCommerce website that would inspire trust and convert traffic into orders. This meant rethinking the structure, completely overhauling the design, and populating the site in line with a new marketing strategy. More on that later in the case study.

The brief:

- Selecting a design and colour palette consistent with the client’s social media presence
- Setting up and configuring the OpenCart CMS
- Structuring the product catalogue: categories, product pages, and filters
- Creating a bilingual blog with regular articles on cosmetics, skin care, and hair care — attracting traffic from Google and supporting sales
- Designing the homepage with persuasive copy, promotional blocks, and recommended products
- Carrying out essential technical optimisation: HTTPS, page speed, and site architecture
- Developing an SEO strategy focused on generating organic search traffic
The results:
Within just one month, we designed and launched a fully-functional bilingual online store, complete with a sales funnel, product catalogue, and marketing-ready content.
The site became the client’s gateway into online sales, enabling confident scaling. Our partnership continued for over four years — from 2017 to 2021.
